Final Project (Thesis Project) Research -2

Unexpected Findings.

Never did I even thought of or considered a career as a 3D Illustrator, nor even heard of it. I suppose if I really did a lot of scultures for my work, I might become one?

Here is Liz Lomax, a 3D illustrator based in New York. She is widely recognized as one of the leading figures in her field. Her unique process of work involves designing characters, sculpting them out and digitally photograph them for illustration.

Final Project (Thesis Project) Research

Inspirations!

Stumbled upon this artist while researching on the topic about 'Dreams'.

The artist, Slinkachu started this project at 2006, and loves to place his figures all around the street that plays with the notion of surprise as well as to encourage city dwellers to be more aware of their surroundings. The main idea for his project was to snap pictures out of his miniature models to show public scenes that reflects the loneliness and melancholy of living in a big city. A simple idea with simple outcome, yet brilliant and meaningful.

Illustrated Book Project -5

5th Progress

Here are my sketches for the entire comic spread. Oh yea, I did forget to mention, I am doing in a comic format because for the time being, it is the best format to tell my long story, short.

There are certain images above that are repetitive because I found that I needed to add in or make some changes in that page to improve the visuals in storytelling.
